Cancellation Policy

All cancellations + rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to abide by this policy will incur a fee in the amount of 50% of the ticket price. If the card on file can not be charged the client will be invoiced the fee & will be required to pay it before they can return for any future services. *Communication is key. When you reserve time with me you can trust that I will be ready within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment. In the event that your wait time is longer, you can rest assure that I will communicate this with you. Please do the same.
